"A quick note to say thank you for a brilliant series of Breast and Chest Health sessions. I enjoyed the final session this morning, and have taken a lot of very useful knowledge, understanding, awareness and motivation from each one as we have gone along. It has been fun to do the sessions with a (fairly) consistent group of people, to see the same faces popping up and to ‘meet’ some folks in the breakout chatrooms too.

The fellow teachers that you have involved along the way have each had something valuable to contribute, and you wove it all into a lovely supportive experience.

Big thank you!"

It is time for SELF CARE to take Centre Stage.

Given that routine Breast Screening has been disrupted, many people are now looking for SELF CARE strategies that can empower, motivate, and educate.

I am delighted to offer you this series of self-improvement sessions, aimed at providing you not just with useful information but some unique and practical ways to look after your Breast and Chest Health.

This series of 5 monthly sessions focus on what we CAN do for ourselves, including all aspects of preventive health.

Each session is approximately 1.5 hrs and has a different theme with some wonderful guest speakers; so we can learn, practice, restore, and support our natural bodies.
