The power of mat based Pilates to improve balance strength and flexibility is well known - however, perhaps less commonly known is that Joseph Pilates invented many pieces of equipment to help people Return to Life” and support their movement. Come and see how your body can MOVE BETTER and AGE WELL.

Golf, Running and other Sports

Whole body and challenging exercises improve Balance, Uniformity and Strength in a way that gym equipment just can’t. With progressive and resistance based (and fun!) sequences, you can see where you can enhance your performance and ensure your whole body is participating.

Sore Bodies

Your Physiotherapist, Osteopath, or other Body Worker will be delighted that their work can be progressed by a range of supportive equipment - specifically designed to progress you from rehab to improved functional movement. Many already refer to us - ask your specialist if they know what is on offer.

has special interest in this area and is experienced in design of programmes for pre, post and during treatment. She is also qualified to work (with your permission) together your medical professionals on any special focus.

What to expect

Come and try a session either as a Private or with a friend, in a Duet.

In your first session you will be introduced to the equipment and to a range of introductory moves. ​ From there you can become a regular visitor or drop in now and then, to support your other movement practices.
