Private Sessions Sometimes it is appropriate to start with a Private Session to explore a particular challenge, to learn on the Pilates Equipment; or to have a tailored programme. They are also useful as a confidence builder, for anyone who has not exercised in a while, or is injured.

Move Better It is important (and useful) to move your WHOLE body, so that you can age well and avoid repetitive injury. In these classes you are taught to Assess your own Alignment and identify areas of your body that sedentary. Improve your balance, strength and joint mobility with simple (but not always easy) controlled moves. You need a chair, a rolled up towel and a large book.
