RELAXMAS is back for December and I’d LOVE you to join me in a daily practice of mindfulness.


Mindfulness is a great skill to have in your Self Care toolbox - and especially so for many over this festive time. There are sessions of different lengths to suit your schedule and you don’t need any experience. 


Not only does it benefit you, but also the friends and family around you. Furthermore, your donation goes to @womenforwomen which is helping women from war zones get back on their feet. 


Light a candle 🕯️, listen on the bus 🚌, in bed or making the lunch … after 30 days you’ll have a strong habit.
